Brief/Intro version - Lunchtime Lumens

Into to Experimental Lumens - The Healing Power of the Sun (Print) 

Monday evenings: 6:30-830pm EST

April 20 - June 1, 2026

(omitting Memorial Day session)

Participants of both classes will be introduced to a variety of methods and materials, as they learn to make beautiful healing photographs by hand, without cameras. They will expose their prints in the sun (or with an alternate UV light source if they have one) and learn to make colorful cameraless photographs, via a variety of materials and processes. Further, the physicality of some of the processes, will serve as an enhanced form of art as healing.

There are both brief and full-length intro versions available. 

All participants will learn the joy of making artwork in different ways, and will be encouraged to open their minds to the idea of what a photograph is, as well as what else it can be, and how one is made.  No experience is necessary but kindness towards others IS required (all of my classes are safe spaces).
